If package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information cost of resending package
will be invoiced to customer before the package is reshipped.

Orders placed using a discount code cannot be cancelled. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Returns are free*
You may request a return label by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Purchases from collabs/outside creators are non-refundable
